Performance
The laptop is powered by 5th Gen AMD Ryzen 5 5500U which has a top clock-speed of-4.0 GHz. It also has 6 cores and 12 threads architecture. We also used the device for a few days and it can very easily handle simple tasks like web- browsing and also is benefited by the 8GB of memory. Overall in normal usage it just flies. We also ran a few of the games which was certainly playable but not quiet enjoyable. We also tested photoshop and video editing and it can very easily breeze through it. The Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3 can handle any kind of photoshop editing and 1080p video editing pretty smoothly. You can also do basic 2-D Auto-cad easily so college students can check it.
