Exterior Overview:

The laptop is on the premium side and it is very evident just by holding it. The entire body is made up of  aluminium and the build quality is exceptionally brilliant. The design is very minimalist and hence very professional. On the lid there lies the Realme badging and on the rear side there are rubber pads which provides the laptop a good grip, along with it there is also 2 speaker outputs and the speaker output is very good, overall it is very balanced and is also pretty loud. The laptop is also overall very light, 1.349 kgs(approx.) and can be carried easily.

Interior Overview

The same design language  is also continued inside as well. The material used is aluminium same as the exterior and built quality is just the same. There is a bit of flex on the top lid, which is very negligible. The screen is also a big plus point which we will be discussing in a while. The keyboard is much better and also is backlit. 

There is also a huge trackpad present and is perfectly placed. The trackpad is great and support all the gestures. The Realme book also houses a 720p HD webcam which is decent enough for day to day life. The microphone quality is also decent enough.

Display & Software

The Realme book slim comes with an impressive display and it can be the main reason behind buying this laptop. For starters, it comes with a 14" IPS 2k pannel, with an aspect ratio of 3:2. It ia also a 60 Hz, 100% sRGB display and also supports full vision and is also easily visible in direct sunlight with a peak of 400 nits brightness. 
There is however a downside that the display is a glossy one, however this can be easily resolved by using a mat screen screen cover.

The laptop also comes pre-loaded with Windows 10 home and Microsoft home and office 2019 for lifetime. It also  packs audio software which in turn helps in tweaking the sound signature and can produce very good quality music combined with the great speakers in-built, along with this a software is also there which helps to connect with realme mobiles very easily.  It also have wifi- 6 support and bluetooth 5.2 for better connectivity.
Battery life is averaging almost about 7-8 hours depending upon the usage which is quite good.

Performance

The most important section of the laptop, and I am happy to inform that performance is really good. For those who believe in Benchmarks,
In Cinebench R23, Singlecore- 1282 and Multicore score- 5197.
In Geekbench, Singlecore score- 1384 and Multicore score- 5283.

For  those who don't have any idea  about benchmarks I am there. We have  tested it in real life activities also and for normal web-browsing and other normal tasks there is no problem and we even tried 1080p video editing which was very smooth. This Realme book can handle 1080p videos very easily  and photoshop users can also use it at any level. For coders also they won't be facing any sort of problem and for students wanting to run AUTOCAD can run 2-D projects without any problem. 
We also tried to play games with GTA-5 and BGMI at medium settings which also ran very smoothly but I won't suggest playing games on this.

Upgrade Options:

1. Ram- There is no RAM upgrade.(8GB only)
2. Memory- There is only one slot for SSDs and it can be upgraded upto 1TB.
 

Verdict:

The laptop comes within the range of 50k-55k. Considering the price it performs quite superbly. I would highly recommend this machine for students for daily tasks and also for persons who are in video or photo editing because of the display.  Overall I loved the product and if someone trust the brand can surely go for it, others who are not interested can also refer to other brands, but as a laptop it is a  very good option.
