Exterior Overview

Front View: The HP Omen is finished in plastic completely and at the center houses a OMEN logo. It is finished in Matt texture which again adds up to the premiumness. There is certainly a bit of top lid flex which is ok.    
                                     
                                 

Rear View: At the rear the same matt-texture is carried along. The rear houses a huge air-vent for better thermals. There is also a rubber strip for the cooling and also a pair of bottom firing speakers. (Speaker performance is discussed later)

Weight: The laptop is rather light-weight being a gaming laptop and weighs around 2.37kgs.

Interior Overview

Materials UsedThe interior section of the laptop is also finished in the same matt-texture, there is a bit of keyboard flex but is certainly not a deal breaker, overall the decently built .


Screen & Webcam: The laptop comes with a 15.6" display and also the bezels are very thin and overall very good experience. It also comes with an integrated 720p webcam which is decent enough. 

Keyboard & Trackpad: The laptop comes with a full-sized keyboard and with 4-Zone RGB panels which can be easily customisable and looks really impressive. The trackpad is also pretty good to use and supports all the windows gestures.  


Display ,Sound & Software

Display: The HP OMEN houses  a 15.6", Full-HD  1080p anti-glare IPS panel. The panel is also 99% sRGB certified. The panel refreshes 144hz and also can go upto 300nits of brightness and can be used in outdoors easily.

Software: The HP OMEN  comes with lifetime Windows Home & Office 2019. It also will get a free upgrade to Windows 11. The laptop is fully customisable using software, all the RGB colours, CPU performance can be regulated, along with this there is also a sound software where tweaking of sound can be done with ease.

Sound: The HP OMEN comes with a pair of down-firing speakers tweaked by Bang and Olufsen and the quality is pretty impressive for both gaming and multi-media experience.

Overall Performance: The above results are evident about the sheer performance of the laptop. In one line it can handle almost everything. 
 
Video-Editing:
 The laptop can handle any sort of video-editing software and also 4K work is also very smooth as expected from it. 

Battery-Life: The laptop comes with a 70.9whr battery. The laptop can last upto 3-4hr in a typical usage. (Screen on time may vary)  

Verdict 

HP OMEN (15-en1036AX) almost costs around 1.10L (may vary) and is certainly on the premium side. Overall it is a beast of a machine and can handle every task given to it. The laptop is mainly for professionals and gamers who is looking  for a powerful  laptop. Overall the laptop is certainly good and if it satisfies your requirements go for it.
